Baked Honey Mustard Salmon

In the next couple of days I’m going to repost my 3 most popular reels of 2023. This is my 3rd most viral recipe posted in 2023 with a total of 4 Million views on the reel since I posted it in August. It’s for a baked salmon dish that is as delicious to eat as it is simple to make! . . This honey mustard salmon recipe makes perfectly flaky moist salmon bathed in a homemade honey mustard sauce with fresh garlic, smoked paprika, and a pinch of cayenne. It’s one of those couldn’t-be-easier baked salmon recipes that takes 10 minute to prep and is on the table in 30 I first saw the amazing Rena make this last year and haven’t stopped making it since. I adjusted her recipe a bit and still remain obsessed with this recipe! . . Baked Honey Mustard Salmon 1 pound salmon fillet 1 tbls olive oil 
2 lemons; 1 sliced and the other is for juicing 4 tbls honey 4 tbls Dijon 2 cloves garlic, grated 1/4 tsp smoked paprika Pinch cayenne 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley Preheat the oven to 400F. Combine the olive oil, garlic, juice of 1/2 lemon, honey, mustard, paprika, cayenne, s&p and set aside. 
Line a small casserole with the thin lemon slices and place the salmon on top.
Pour 1/2 of the sauce over the salmon and spread until well coated. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
Pour the remaining sauce over the salmon and broil for about 2 minutes more. Remove from broiler and squeeze remaining 1/2 lemon on top. Sprinkle with parsley

Instructions
