Tips:
Removing excess moisture is very important to avoid soggy nachos.
Optional additions:
-Add 2 cups shredded cheese in step 3 after laying down the tortilla chips
- Add meat crumbles in step 3
-Garnish with handful of minced fresh cilantro
-Garnish with avocado slices or a dollop of guacamole
-Garnish with a dollop of sour cream

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
With a clean kitchen towel or several paper towels, blot the tomatoes, beans and corn to remove excess moisture. Combine them in a large bowl and stir in the taco seasoning
Step 3
Spread out the tortilla chips on a rimmed baking sheet. Evenly top with bean mixture and (if desired) jalapeños and cheese
Step 4
Bake for 8 minutes. Serve immediately
