Step 1
1. First cooked your thawed ground beef in a skillet with your taco seasoning until browned to liking
2. Set aside beef and use pan to cooked egg whites and shredded cheddar add salt and pepper to your liking
3. Heat Tortilla slightly in the microwave to when wrapped they wont tear
4. Lay out tortillas and put 1/5 of your beef onto each one (put bowl on scale on grams, zero it out, add beef and divide weight by 5 to get the amount needed for each burrito)
5. Divide egg and cheese mixture by 5 and add to each tortilla
6. Add 26g of Salsa Con Queso to each tortilla
7. Roll up tortilla in your own desired way
8. At this point you can eat as is or brown burrito in skillet
9. Mixing Dipping Sauce- add weighed out yogurt, cholula, ranch powder, and water to bowl and mix
