Instructions
Step 1
To a greased crock pot, add 1 shredded rotisserie chicken.

Step 2
Next microwave 1 packet of Uncle Ben’s Red Beans and Rice, then add to the crockpot.

Add 2 drained cans of Green Giant Mexicorn.

Step 4
Next add 1 can of Ro-Tel, 1 can of drained black beans, & 1 can of Hormel’s Chili with Beans.



Step 5
Season all of this with ranch seasoning and taco seasoning.


Step 6
Next pour in 1 carton of chicken broth.

Step 7
Stir the ingredients together and then cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Step 8
Once it is ready and in a bowl, add sour cream or Greek yogurt.
