Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together all ingredients except salmon and pour into sealable plastic bag. Add salmon to bag, seal and marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat oven to 400 degrees while salmon marinates.
Step 3
Transfer salmon to a spray coated baking dish and roast for about 15 minutes, until the fish is opaque throughout.
