Roughly chop the cucumbers into even or uneven pieces - whichever you prefer. Then add in the cherry tomatoes, fermented fish sauce, tamarind concentrate, sugar, Korean pepper flakes, minced crab, and basil. These ingredients make this a flavor bomb using authentic Lao and Korean seasonings. Instead of smashing it together in a mortar and pestle, you can mix everything by hand to mash all the ingredients together. Give this a final taste and adjust the seasonings to your liking and serve with your favorite grilled meats.
