Instructions

Step 1
Thinly slice the radish. Julienne it thinly. After slicing, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix well to remove moisture from the radish through osmosis. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
After 10 minutes, squeeze out excess water.
Step 3
Put 4 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of salted shrimp, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of minced ginger, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and 2-3 tablespoons of chopped green onions. If needed, you can add 2 pinches of salt. Very crunchy and refreshing musaengchae is done!
