Viral Cucumber Salad

Sometimes you need to eat an entire cucumber. Since cucumber salads are viral right now, this is my take on how I make a cucumber salad.
For this recipe, feel free to adjust and make your own. This is one of those recipes where you just throw it all in and use feeling with each ingredient. I always recommend tasting and adjusting to your own taste.

Instructions
Step 1
In a large mason jar or container add your cucumbers, bell peppers, and green onions.
Step 2
Pour in your soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, gochujang sauce and sesame seeds. Add in the kimchi.
Step 3
Seal and shake until everything has mixed together and is combined.
Step 4
Enjoy straight from the container or serve on a plate/bowl.
