Instructions
Step 1
Line a loaf tin (or something similar) with parchment paper.
Step 2
Cook the butternut squash, steam it if you can- or boil until soft and strain. Add it to a food processor.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or in a bowl over a pot of simmering water.
Step 4
Blend chocolate with the butternut squash until silky smooth.
Step 5
Pour into the loaf tin, smooth with a spoon or spatula, gently tap to let any trapped air out.
Step 6
Pop in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours.
Step 7
Slice and serve. To get perfect slices dip a sharp knife in boiling water then dry with kitchen towel and slice.
Step 8
Clean and repeat for every slice.
