20gvanilla protein powder
optional
⅓ cupsoy milk
or any milk
1 tspflax seeds
1 tspchia seeds
vanilla extract
1 tspcocoa powder
Yogurt layer
White chocolate layer
Dark chocolate layer
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together for the base.
Step 2
Pour your mix to the jar you will be using.
Step 3
Prepare and mix the yogurt ingredients in a separate bowl and spread on top of the base.
Step 4
Melt two different chocolates in a bain-marie in two different bowls, add rice pop to both, and stir well.
Step 5
Without waiting spread the half white chocolate and the other half dark chocolate on the yogurt base.
Step 6
Lastly leave it in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
