Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil and add chicken thighs,brown all over. Remove to a bowl
Step 2
Add leeks cook for 8 to 10 minutes scraping any brown goodness
Step 3
Stir in orzo stock and lemon juice and plenty of seasoning
Step 4
Bring to boil stirring, so Orzo isn't sticking. Lay chicken on top skin side up. Cover and cook for 25 minutes
