Slow Cooker Glazed Gammon

The stickiest, sweetest, most tender gammon. Chuck it in the slow cooker and wait! Little tip: Use the slow cooked celery, onion, cider and spices as a gravy! (This recipe is British and therefore uses Strongbow Dark Fruits Cider but any sweet cider will do)

Step 1
Place gammon joint and all other ingredients in the slow cooker on low setting for 6 hours.
Step 2
Once done, smear honey and mustard on top and place in oven on 200C/180C fan/gas 6 for 20-30 minutes or until gammon is glazed.
