Instructions

To prepare the filling:

Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add the pine nuts and stir well until golden on all sides.
Step 2
Add the onions and stir until wilted and softened, then place the minced meat in the pan and season with salt, pepper and cinnamon.
Step 3
Leave the pan on the stove, stirring from time to time, until the meat is well cooked.

To prepare the Kibbeh;

Soak the fine bulgur in water for 3 minutes, then drain it.
Step 5
Place the minced meat on top of the bulgur and rub it well.
Step 6
Mash the onion well in a blender, then add cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Step 7
Add the meat and bulgur to the blender and beat the ingredients well.
Step 8
Empty the dough from the mixer and shape it into ball the size of an egg with your hands moistened with water.
Step 9
Hollow the center of each ball on one side with your finger and stuff it with a spoonful of the filling, then close it from the open side and wrap it sides to get an oval shape.

To Prepare the sauce:

Whisk the Laban, then strain it to get rid of the lumps inside it.
Step 11
Boil the broth and add the rice until it is well cooked.
Step 12
Add the boiled rice to the yogurt and mix the ingredients in an electric mixer until you get a smooth mixture. Pour this sauce in a saucepan.
Step 13
Cook the ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly to avoid the laban sticking to the bottom of the saucepan.

The Method of work

Step 14
When the sauce boils, reduce the heat and dip the kibbeh pieces in it and leave them until they are done, that is, for about 15 minutes, without stirring.

Heat the oil in a separate saucepan and stir in the garlic until soft, then add the coriander and cook for a few minutes.

Pour the mixture over the Kibbeh and Serve it hot.
