Step 1
Put tapioca flour and salt in a bowl.

Combine milk and oil and bring to boil.

While hot add liquids into the flour and mix.

Dough Mixture will be chunky.

Add eggs and mix until smooth.

Add cheese and mix thoroughly.

Ball pieces should be no more than 1 - 1.5” in diameter.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 mins at 350°.

If baking the froze ones, just place then on the baking tray and bake it, no need for defrost.
