Instructions
Step 1
To make the sauce: mix in a bowl - 1/4 cup olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves 3 spoons of honey
1tsp Dijon mustard
A little salt
Black pepper to taste
Step 2
Cut each piece of Salmon lengthwise (not to the bottom) & open to the outside
Heat oven to 180 degrees
