Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C. Line 2 baking trays with greaseproof paper. Cream butter and sugar. Stir in egg and vanilla then fold in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into a thick mixture. Finally stir in the nuts and chocolate.
Step 2
Place small amounts of the mixture onto prepared trays (cookies will spread so allow enough space between them). Bake for 10 – 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
