Step 1
In a small saucepan cook onion in butter or
margarine till tender but not brown. Stir in
flour, Drain mushrooms. Stir in drained mush-
rooms, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir till
thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2
minutes more. Stir in sour cream; heat through.
(Do not boil.) Serve with poultry, beef, pork,
or burgers. Makes about 1 1/2 cups
