Ingredients: ¼ cup or 4 tbsp unsalted butter ((make sure you use unsalted butter only)); 5 to 6 cloves of garlic (smashed and minced); ½ cup or 120 ml chicken broth ((can substitute with any type of broth, stock, bouillon cube or concentrate)); 2 tsp Cajun seasoning ((store-bought or homemade)); ½ tsp Cajun seasoning ((to optionally add in the end, if you prefer some more spice)); 1½ cups or 360 ml heavy cream ((can substitute with half-and-half as well, just cook a little longer)); ¾ cup or 75 gms block of Parmesan cheese ((grated, please use fresh Parmesan cheese)); some fresh or dried herb/s ((can use parsley, green onion, chives, basil etc, any garnishing you prefer))
