Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pot with water. Heat the water on medium-high until it comes to a boil.
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside the pasta in the strainer
Step 3
In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat.
Step 4
When the butter has melted, add 3 tbsp flour and stir.
Step 5
Add minced garlic into the pot.
Step 6
When garlic is browned, about a minute, add milk slowly. Stir constantly as you pour milk.
Step 7
Stir until cheese melts. Add a small amount of black pepper. Add the rest of the cheese and give another stir.
Step 8
Turn the heat to low/simmer Mix back in the macaroni and stir.
Step 9
Top with hot sauce and serve..
