Step 1
Rinse and cut ends off zucchini. Quarter lengthwise. Preheat oven 400F / 204c. Coat zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and basil. Sprinkle with parmesan. Place zucchini on cooling rack with cookie sheet underneath. Bake 15 min. Broil until slightly golden brown.
