Step 1
Roast your head of garlic by removing the outer layers of the peel and cutting the top off. Rub with a neutral oil and wrap in foil completely. Roast at 375 for 30-40 minutes until soft.
Step 2
Leave your butter at room temperature for about an hour to soften.
Step 3
Make a simple compound butter by mixing the roasted garlic, garlic powder, salt and crushed red pepper together until combined.
Step 4
Cut your ciabatta loaf in half and spread the compound butter over it
Step 5
Sprinkle your cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the buttered ciabatta.
Step 6
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. You can broil for a couple minutes at the end if the cheese isn’t melted all the way.
Step 7
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese. Serve
