Instructions

Step 1
Press the tofu for a couple of hours or so to release the liquid. Throw the liquid away
Step 2
Slice the tofu and get it in the oil
Step 3
When lightly browned add the tomatoes, whole.
Step 4
When the tomatoes have started to soften add lots of spinach.
Step 5
When wilted, add a few drops of green tabasco. Put onto plates with garlic bread and top with the seeds.
