2 ¾ cupsall-purpose flour
3 tablespoonsgranulated sugar
2 teaspoonsdry active yeast
1 ¼ teaspoonskosher salt
1 cupunsalted butter

Instructions
Breading (crescent roll dough)
Step 1
Place flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in large mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Step 2
Cube butter into 1/2 inch squares. Cut in butter with two butter knives, until only pea sized pieces remain.

Whisk the milk, water, and egg together in small bowl until well combined.
Step 4
Combine dry and wet ingredients. Stir together until the dough gathers itself into a ball.

Wrap dough in plastic wrap and let chill for at least 30 min.

Dust a work surface with flour. Roll dough into a 1/2 inch thick rectangular shape.

Rotate 90 degrees, repete 7 and 8 3 more times

Fold the dough into thirds

Wrap and chill for at least 30 min.
Baking

Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with wax paper

Cut dough in half

Set one half aside. Roll out dough to reach about 9 x 13 rectangle. 1/8 inch thick.

Place cassarole dish. Cook first layer for 10 min at 350

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mixture should be thick. Set aside

Using a rubber spatula cover cooked 1st layer of bread with filling mixture.

Roll out dough to about 9 x 13 rectangle. 1/8 inch thick.

Add. 2nd layer of breading. Seal the seams. Using the handle of a spoon section off equal 12 peices.

Bake for 10 min. At 350
Cinnamon Glaze Icing

Melt butter
Step 20
Add cinnamon and sugar. Stir until well combined. Set aside

Brush Glaze over top layer of breading
Topping

Sprinkle Confectioners sugar on top.
