Instructions

Step 1
Cut 2 chicken breasts in half and season with your choice of seasoning.
Step 2
To a pan add the olive oil. After 2 minutes add the chicken and sear for 3 minutes per side.
Step 3
Remove chicken and set aside.
Step 4
Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Step 5
Add in butter and stir until melted. Scrape any chicken bits from the bottom.
Step 6
Stir in the rice and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted.
Step 7
Stir in the chicken broth and season with your seasoning of choice. Stir until combined
Step 8
Add the chicken, cover, and cook on low for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Serve with your choice of veggie and enjoy!
