Ingredients

1 lbGround beef
1onion
large, diced
1green pepper
chopped
1can tomatoes roasted
whole, fire chopped
1bay leaves

1 ½ tspChili powder
2 tspSalt
⅛ tspCayenne powder
¼ tsppaprika
1can kidney beans
chili beans
1can tomato juice
sauce
Tabasco
or other hot sauce
1can Diced green chilis
drained
Garlic
minced
2 TbspOlive oil
Sour cream
topping
Cheddar
shredded, topping
Jalapeños
chopped, topping
Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot cook onion, green pepper and garlic in olive oil until translucent
Step 2
Add ground beef and cook
Step 3
Add spices/seasonings, stir
Step 4
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, peppers, chili’s
Step 5
Cook until heated
Step 6
Top with sour cream, jalapeños, shredded cheddar and serve with corn bread
