Instructions

Step 1
Cut potatoes into quarters, season with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary. Score chicken breasts and rub with jerk seasoning (don't forget to season the underside). Place chicken on the bottom of air fryer pan, spread the wedges in the top tray, skin side down. Air fry for 15 minutes at 170c. Turn / shake wedges and cook a further 10 minutes at 160c Once cooked, cut chicken into slices ensuring no pink bits!
