Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour and salt. Then add the water and oil. Mix everything together and start kneading. Knead until everything forms into a firm ball. Let it rest for 20min now.

Then divide into four parts. Roll each part into a flatbed. Then fill half of it with a filling. Seal gozleme using water and fry one side at a time on the frying pan. Then turn it over.
