Instructions

Step 1
Mix habanero hot sauce, honey, lime juice, mayo, and a pinch of salt to create coating for the chicken thighs. Cover chicken using 90% of the sauce and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or longer. Reserve leftover sauce to brush on chicken during cooking
Step 2
Place chicken in the air fryer at 375 for 12 minutes. Remove, brush with leftover sauce, then add back to the air fryer for 2-3 more minutes.
Step 3
Season broccoli as desired. I usually use kinder butter garlic herd. Place florets in bowl add a few dashes of avocado oil and the dust top with seasoning. Shake bowl, transfer to baking sheet and bake at 400 F for 15-20 mins
Step 4
Cook Farro according to bag instructions. For Wegmans Farro - Stovetop: 1. Bring 2 ¼ cups water and contents of package to a boil in medium saucepan (salt if desired); stir. Reduce heat to LOW; cover with tight fitting lid. 2. Simmer 35 min. Remove from heat; let stand covered 10 min for water to absorb and grains to become tender. 3. Fluff with fork; season. Yield: 3 ½ cups cooked for one bag of farro.
Step 5
Once farro is done cooking, mix in olive oil, lime juice, salt, and a handful of finely chopped cilantro.
Step 6
Seperate rice in to 5 equal servings, top with chicken, and enjoy!
