Creamy Gochujang Pasta (Gluten Free)

This is an ideal sauce to use as a base with whatever spare meat you may have lying around in the fridge! I other cook this with chicken, chicken and chorizo, or leftover sausages, but you can have this meat free too!

Instructions

Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Step 2
Add all ingredients except the pasta in order, stirring as you go
Step 3
Continue stirring while on heat for about 5 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken
Step 4
Add pasta, and any cooked meat you want to add, and stir until all coated
Step 5
Top with cheese as desired and serve hot
