Step 1
Preheat oven on 350°

Put stove on high, cover pan in olive oil and butter

Put onions and garlic in pan

Take sausage and squeeze out of casing and break up into little pieces with a wooden spoon and mix with rest of pan

Cook until sausage is very light brown and put in potatoes in pan, and sprinkle with salt (bc potatoes release moisture)

When done cooking (5-7 min), transfer pan to glass dish

Beat 4 eggs in a bowl and add 1 cup of milk and mix, pour over glass dish
