Instructions
Step 1
rinse quinoa quickly with water
Step 2
boil 3/4 or 1/2 a cup of water (with 1/4 of quinoa), when boiling add quinoa and let cook in low heat for 15 min or until it absorbs all water. Let simmer about 5 min closed without fire.
Step 3
serve the quinoa with spinach, olives, cherry tomatos cutted in half and panela cheese.
Step 4
optional, add some lentils for more protein
