Instructions
Step 1
Steam the nettles and cut them after they cool. Separately grate the carrots, chop the onion and garlic and put them together in a deep pot to saute in the already heated oil.

Step 2
Let the soup simmer for about 20-25 min. until ready and serve.
Step 3
In a separate container, pour a bucket of yogurt and add the prepared mixture of butter and flour to it. Add two egg yolks and mix well. Temper the stock with the soup stock and when ready gradually add to the pot with the soup no longer boiling.
