Instructions

Step 1
Whisk melted butter and sugar until combined. Add egg and vanilla, whisk until a bit pale in color.

Add the rest of dry ingredients. Mix by folding
Step 3
Use 30ml spoon or ice cream scoop to shape the dough into balls. Preheat oven 180c For thick cookies, chill in fridge before baking and let it stay in ball shape during baking. For thin cookies, let dough in room temp and flatten it a bit before baking
Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes
