Instructions
Step 1
1. Add flour to a bowl. Make a well and add two tbsp oil and slowly add the water while mixing.

2. Once the dough starts coming together, knead with your hand until you get a smooth dough ball.

3. Place back into ball and slightly grease the top of the dough with some oil. Cover and set aside for 30 mins.

4. Divide the dough in two and roll each piece in a ball. Roll out and fold over each other (not fully). Then slice in 3 equal pieces.
Step 5
5. Roll each piece out until the thickness of a small coin.
Step 6
6. Heat your pan over medium heat and grease with oil. Place your roti dough in the pan and cook each side for 1 minutes until puffy nd small light brown spots appear.
Step 7
7. Repeat with the rest and enjoy warm with a curry or with something sweet or plain butter.
