Instructions
Step 1
First, dry the cod well with kitchen towels. Slice it thinly.
Step 2
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on both sides. Lightly dust the marinated cod pieces with flour using a strainer for convenience.
Step 3
Crack about three eggs into a bowl. Add two pinches of salt and a teaspoon of minced garlic. Mix well. Dip the floured cod in this egg mixture before pan-frying it.
Step 4
Pour a generous amount of oil into the pan. Soak the floured cod in the egg mixture and place them in the pan one by one. Start with high heat and then cook slowly on medium heat until golden brown.
Step 5
Flip it once when the bottom is golden brown. Cook for about 3 more minutes. Place the cooked cod pancakes on a dish. Delicious and savory cod pancakes is done!
