Instructions

Step 1
In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients together. Using a 4 oz. scoop, scoop and place mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten to a 3-4 inch patty.
Step 2
Place the baking sheet in the freezer.
Step 3
Once frozen, transfer patties to a large resealable freezer bag. Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.
Step 4
Bake from frozen in the oven at 375° for 30 minutes, or in the air fryer at 380° for 10-12 minutes, flipping once. Alternatively, thaw and fry in oil in a skillet on the stove.
Step 5
Flip over and cook for another 8 minutes.
