Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 100°C
Step 2

Rinse kale in a colander and add to an oven tray.
Step 3
Drizzle olive oil over kale and massage into the leaves.
Step 4
Season with preferred quantity of salt and garlic granules and toss kale until seasoning is evenly distributed.
Step 5

Finely dice garlic cloves and spring onions and sprinkle on top of kale.
Step 6

Add to oven and bake for around 10 minutes (or until crispy on top, I like mine a little browned). Take out and serve as your new favourite side dish <3
Step 7

Optional step: Sprinkle with sesame seeds when seasoning or at the end after oven baked
