Oven-Roasted Asparagus

Great! Shredded Parmesan sprinkled on top instead of grated gives you crispy bits

My husband and I love this recipe! It seems like the garlic and Parmesan cheese, would take away from the asparagus flavor, but they actually enhance it. I have not yet used the lemon juice.

I used parmesan that I grated to have the larger pieces. I added an extra teaspoon of garlic cuz my family loves garlic. Next time I'm gonna try some crushed red pepper.

Family loved this dish.
