Instructions
Step 1
Caramelize the sugar in a pot until golden brown.

Slowly pour the sugar into the Portuguese flan dish. (See image)
Step 3
Add all the other ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix it all together.

Step 4
Pour the mixture from the large bowl into the above Portuguese flan bowl. Cover the bowl with the lid that comes with it.

Take the Portuguese flan bowl and place it inside a pressure cooker for 25 minutes.

Allow to cool down and place it into the fridge. To serve, tip it over onto a plate or serving dish and enjoy!
