Dredge

½ cupflour

2 tablespoonscornstarch

1 teaspoonsalt

1 teaspoonpepper

1 teaspoongarlic powder

1 teaspoononion granules

1 teaspoonpaprika
Lemon butter sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl combine flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika
Step 2
Pat the cod fillets with paper towel
Step 3
Season both sides of fish with salt and pepper - could try no salt this time as slightly salty last time
Step 4
Put both sides in the dredge
Step 5
Put cod in frying pan for 5/6 minutes then turn over for another 3 minutes
Step 6
Transfer to paper towel
Step 7
On medium heat in same pan melt the butter, garlic and parsley
Step 8
Cook for few min only
Step 9
Turn off heat and add lemon juice
