Instructions
Step 1
While chicken is cooking, heat olive oil in skillet
Step 2
Add spinach to skillet and cover for 3 minutes on medium heat
Step 3
Uncover and add yogurt, cottage cheese, artichokes, mozzarella, garlic powder, and mix well
Step 4
Simmer mixture on low until chicken is done
Step 5
Place cooked chicken in bottom of casserole dish, then top chicken with cheesy spinach mixture
Step 6
Top with parmesan cheese, then place back in oven at 400F for 5 minutes
Step 7
