Instructions
Step 1
Spray slow cooker with olive oil and place in a 125 degrees fereinheit.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, raisin, honey, cinnamon and salt.
Step 4
Mix wet with dry ingredients until a dough forms.
Step 5
Knead the dough on a flour surface for 6 minutes.
Step 6
Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it in a slow cooker.
Step 7
Cover the slow cooker with plastic wrap and let rise 2 hours.
Step 8
Cook on low for 3 hours or until the bread is cooked through.
Step 9
Let the bread cool before slicing
