Instructions
Step 1
Peel carrots. Cut in 4-6 inch pieces. Cut each piece in half lengthwise.
Step 2
In a shallow bowl, mix together olive oil and spices.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Turn oven on to 400 degrees.
Step 4
Put the fresh parmesan cheese on a shallow bowl.
Coat each piece of carrot all over with the olive oil and spices mixture.
Then dip the flat side side in the carrot piece in the parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Place, flat side down on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for approx 25-30 minutes ot until tender.
