Instructions
Step 1
Peal and grate the carrot, peal and thinly slice the mooli and ginger.
Step 2
Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage and Thai Basil.
Step 3
Clean and thinly slice the chilli peppers, cube the shallot.
Step 4
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
