Instructions
Step 1
Fill a large pot with water and begin heating on high.
Step 2
While water is heating, heat 1 Tbs of olive oil on medium low in a heavy stainless steel skillet.
Step 3
Add ground turkey and cook at increased heat (medium high) until done. Set aside.
Step 4
Add the garlic infused olive oil to pan and heat carrots on reduced heat (medium low) until soft.
Step 5
Add chopped green onions and previously cooked turkey. Add marinara sauce and simmer on low while pasta cooks.
Step 6
When the water is at a rolling boil add the pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain well and toss with a splash of olive oil.
Step 7
Serve pasta with sauce and a side of green salad.
