Instructions

Step 1
Cook hashbrowns in the air fryer for 10 minutes, shake, and then cook again for 5-10 minutes. Put into four portions
Step 2
Cook black beans and then portion on top of the hashbrowns.
Step 3
Season chicken tenders with fajita seasoning and air fry 400 degrees for 5 min on each side. Put 2 tenders in each portion.
Step 4
Put 2 tbsp of queso on each portion.
Step 5
Portion out corn on each portion. Add a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
Step 6
Heat up to melt cheese when ready to serve, add whatever toppings you like (ie pico de gallo and plain Greek yogurt). Enjoy!
