Instructions
Step 1
Heat the Cream and Sugar: In a saucepan, whisk together the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, whisking constantly, until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Infuse with Lemon: Remove the pan from heat and whisk in the lemon zest and juice. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
Step 3
Strain and Chill: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl to remove any lemon zest particles. Divide the panna cotta mixture evenly among the ramekins or glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Step 4
Serve: To serve, garnish with fresh berries (optional) and a sprinkle of lemon zest. Enjoy!
