Instructions
Step 1
Use a ratio of 1 rice to 2 water. Add water to a pot and place over medium heat.
Step 2
When boiling, add rice and allow it to come to a gentle simmer
Step 3
Cover the saucepan and reduce heat to low. Allow to simmer until quinoa is tender and water is evaporated (~15 minutes)
Step 4
Meanwhile in a fry pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add sliced pork and cook for around 10 minutes, or until pork is well cooked.
Step 5
Steam mixed green vegetables, or cook to your preference.
Step 6
Serve cooked rice, pork and vegetables together in a bowl.
