Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine oats, nuts or seeds, and cinnamon.

Pour in oil, maple syrup, and maple syrup.

Spread mixture in a sheet pan. Make sure it is even or it will not cook evenly. You can put parchment paper or a silicone sheet on the bottom to keep from sticking.
