Step 1
Add all ingredients into bread machine. (Wet, dry, salt, yeast). Let it run for ten minutes. Pause. Ten more minutes. Turn off and let sit until double in size (1-2hrs). Split into 12-15 buns. Let get puffy (30min/hr). Egg wash, sesame, 350 for 12-18 min.
